IT Veteran

Aaron Hampton has over 20 years of product development, leadership, and management experience covering the US military, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. His diverse background enables his entrepreneurial drive, fascination with technology, Marine Corps discipline, and passion for principle to converge to reach new levels of innovation and achievement in the areas in which he serves.

Aaron currently serves as the Regional IS Manager for Northern Tool + Equipment where he manages the IT/IS infrastructure and applications for the Northern Tool’s primary distribution center in the US.

In addition to the technology and management skills at Northern, Aaron has contributed his product development, business process development, and organizational management skills in a variety of roles in the United States Marine Corps, an international non-profit called The Way International where he served on the President’s Cabinet and Director of IT, and as a consultant to several startups.

When he’s not shipping Northern’s product, he’s enjoying time with his lovely wife and toddler son, helping other’s improve their quality of life through spiritual development, or advancing his own startup, enDevelopment LLC, the makers of CommonCents personal finance software.
